This week, JAM TALK is more of a stroll down Nostalgia Avenue. Growing up, I was inspired by Robin Roberts to become a Sports Broadcaster and pursue my journey in storytelling. I've been working at this for quite some time, but never realized how much I truly put into this broadcasting life. I only realized it once, I had to write my statement to get into grad school. From pretending to report live on the scene with a tape recorder in had as a kid to creating the SPORTS JAM SESSION while doing the sports and weather news updates on the college radio station, KSPC 88.7 FM. Interning and being the Editorial Assistant at KNBC, I'm humbled by my journey. Goodness, the more I think about it, I'll link a separate blog of my personal journey and story. Click here to learn more.
AGNUS hit us up on the JAMPACKED phone lines, reporting from the Inauguration! Congrats to Kamala Harris & Joe Biden! Agnus had all the details and left us another message (after this episode was released, so it'll be on next week's episode with LGBTQ+ Ally (and super dope Director/Writer/Actor, Otoja Abit of Netflix's A NEW YORK CHRISTMAS WEDDING).
