We’re in the kitchen cooking up LEMON PEPPER HONEY FRIED CAULIFLOWER w/ Honey Drizzle while we play KEYWORDS with red wine!





WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE LEMON PEPPER HONEY FRIED CAULIFLOWER INGREDIENTS:

[INSPIRED BY DARIUS COOK]

  • 1 packet of Sazon

  • 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground fennel

  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup of vegan half and half

  • Flour, for dredging

  • Oil, for frying

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • 1 lemon’s juice

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper

  • Skillet

  • Sauce pot

  • Vegetable oil

  • 1 large bowl for cauliflower

  • 1 small bowl to combine Sazon, Kosher salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ground fennel, onion powder, and cajun seasoning [mix well to combine]

  • 1 small bowl for flour

  • Small bowl for honey

  • Side plate with paper towels to dry cooked cauliflower
